How it works

Three steps. No code to hand out, nothing to chase, and no limit on how many clinics you can refer.

Tell us who to talk to
Send us the clinic's name and who to contact, or ask them to mention you when they get in touch.

They see ManaNotes
We run a demo for them and handle the migration — bookings, patient records, treatment notes and ACC history.
03
You get the credit
Once they have been on a paid plan for 30 days, NZD 200 comes off your next invoice.

The fine print

  • The clinic must be new to ManaNotes and not already in conversation with our team.
  • Tell us about a referral before the clinic signs up, or ask them to name you when they contact us.
  • The credit is issued once the referred clinic has been on a paid plan for 30 days.
  • NZD 200 is applied as credit against your ManaNotes subscription. It is not redeemable for cash and does not transfer to another account.
  • There is no cap: three clinics that stay is NZD 600 off your subscription.
  • ManaNotes may change or end the program at any time. Referrals already made are honoured under the terms above.
